hi emmie from sydney australia

hi everyone my name is Emmie I'm 25 from Sydney Australia.
I went on Atkins in 2004 may it co sided with me moving to a new state and out of home.I lost 15 kilos .

i keep it off till this march 2006
i have move back home and have gained 7 kilos back . I'm really determined to lose it i have try going back to introduction before but have failed due to coffee /alcohol(I'm in a rock band)and just
just eating out. I'm only 5 foot and very tiny build but really want to get back down. the weight is ruling my life at the moment and i don't want to buy new clothes lol
