Hello everyone,
My name is Melissa, and my sister Swett777 are in this together!! But we still need your support!! We have both gained wt after babies, I have gained more but still in the same we need all the help we can get!!! We would love ideas and some times a little push from time to time!!

Welcome to both of you then! Glad to see you here, plenty of info to keep you busy for a long time! Check out the exercise challenge forum, lots of ways in there to keep busy. Also check out the journal chats, you can start a journal there so people can talk to you in your very own place! Also, don't forget the journal STATS forum, where you can make your own, put in anything you want and no one else will comment in there, it's a great way to track things so they won't get lost in a flurry of posts from other people!
