hello............
i was fat since i was 6 years old......went through the teasing in elementary school.
what sucks in my parents knew about the wheat allergy when i was 2 years old and gave in to my cravings...
highschool was ok, my weight creeped up to 260-265 pounds...I'm also barely 5"2 inches tall. you can imagine how this looked.
it hurt...i tried lots of diets and nothing worked...
i got pregnant at 19, and had my son when i turned 20...i was with my ex for 3 years...he was abusive....i ate....i left him and my job and my life to be safe...i moved 12 hours north back home.
i manage 2 hotels...i'm a full time mommy..i have a beautiful 3 bedroom home for my son and i...i bought a new car....and now i'm doing okay...
i started excersizing last july, i found out about the celiac november 2005...i combined excersize, atkins and celiac diet, at the end of november.
my heaviest was 282....i'm now 199.
finally hit Onederland
what put a smile on my face :
I brought my 4 year old to the park, we ran and played and had a blast
the next day my mom offered to bring him....he looked at her and say no thanks, i wanna go with Momma she's fun now... yep tears lol
39 more pounds.........wish me luck....tiffany-cara
