I'm 16 and need to lose some weight so I'm re-entering atkins. I've done it once before and lost weight, but I constantly felt tired. I'm gonna give it another shot though. I'm 5'11 and 186 pounds and I figure I need to lose around 25. I hope I can shed 10 in induction and the rest in phase 1. Any suggestions for some good atkins food/drinks that give you energy?
