I would like to thank everyone in advance for all the support and well wishing I know I'm going to get from this group. As my title states "I'm starting a new life."
I'm going to be getting married for the first time on June 17th.
It has taken me 36 years to find the woman of my dreams and I want to be around with her for a very long time.
I'm a 36 year old man, 5ft 11in and 301 lbs.
My goal is 200 lbs by June 17, 07.
I'm going to get the book and read it while on our honeymoon.
The induction phase will start when we get home around the 3rd of July.
So, wish me luck and I look forward to reaching our goals together.
PS. 101 lbs in a year, is that a reachable goal?
