Hello, I am a sedentary white male. I work with computers and rarley get up unless nature calls. Last year I lost 60 pounds on atkins from april to the end of July. I maintained well for a while... lost my gallbladder in October and long story short I am 7 pounds less than my all time high of 285. I have always felt that my body type is the manual labor / workhorse type; I just don't do that type of work. Anyway, I am 278lbs 6ft tall. While my youngest likes my "jiggly" belly I am back to where I can't ware anything comfortably and I find it hard to move. This is day 2. My goal is 215-220. If I can figure out how to get pictures on here I took some... The insert image aplet wants a web address and I don't have one.

Welcome aboard the Atkins Train! Remember to take your measurements as well as your weight. The scale may not show any loss, but the tape measure probably will!
You say that you are sedentary. Any chance of exercise? Playing with your kids? Walking around the block? Anything? Exercise will make all the difference! Check out the Exercise Challenge forum as well. It is great to be accountable to all of us for your exercise. We cheer each other on!
Good luck!

Chub, a good place to upload pictures is www.tinypic.com I like it because you don't have to have an account. It will automatically resize for you and give you the html codes to copy and paste etc. It is a division of photobucket. Check it out. It's pretty self explanatory.
