I am an Atkins dropout who is trying again. I had lost 12-13 lbs on the diet in January but gained them all back by Memorial Day. So, beginning June 1, I am back on Induction.
I am a graduate student trying to finish up this summer. I just went through a gut-wrenching breakup (my fiancee decided he didn't want to be in a committed relationship anymore). And I am trying either to get a job or decide if I want to continue with my Ph.D. I used to have bulimia, and I started doing it again, so I have gone on Atkins not only to lose weight but to control the eating disorder. So these are the things I am currently going through.
Let's see, what else would you need to know.
I am currently on medication for bipolar disorder, namely Lamictal. I also take Cytomel for mild hypothyroidism and to enhance the other med. I am 37 years old. Supplements I take regularly: CoQ10, lutein, lycopene, calcium/magnesium/vit.D, vit. B complex, vit. C. I also drink green tea, sometimes regular, sometimes decaff.
I like to swing dance, and I work out at home, doing aerobic weight-training 3 days/wk. I try to something else aerobic 2 days/wk.
