Hi all...just completed first week of re-start. It all went well and I'm staying strong. Hubby goes for ice cream every night and I take my water or iced tea (Crystal Light) and have that while we sit and chat. I'm not weighing in for 2 weeks...I hate the scale and get annoyed if it doesn't move much....figure I'll weigh-in every two weeks and then post the progress. Purchasing a treadmill and then will join one of the exercise groups...haven't exercised in so long - should be interesting! These chat rooms are wonderful on this board - such sharing, caring people....love reading all the posts....Let's keep on keepin' on!!!
