    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Welcome! You've come to the right place. We are all dedicated to help each other make our goals and become healthier. Prepare yourself to be successful. Read Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, exercise, drink lots of water, and take your supplements. Weigh and measure yourself every few weeks to record your progress. If you are eating outside your home, make sure you go prepared. If there won't be acceptable foods - or you're not sure, then take what you will need to keep you satisfied till you can get home. Always make a plan -- to keep any obstacles from keeping you from making it happen.

              Welcome Jennifer! Have you started yet? The first three days can be rough but so worth it. Keep posting with us and let us know how it is going.
