Hi Rich. Glad to see you've decided to take charge and jump back with the program. One thing you can be sure is that the ADBB will always be here to support and encourage you to keep going. The secret key to making it happen is to stay on the WOE and change unhealthy habits with positive healthy ones. After a while, your attitude will change and this will be the only way to live.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
