HI EVERYONE
I am on Day two of induction but I just found this messageboard and it seems awesome so I am planning to write on here what I ate everyday and maybe some of you can join me an we can help each other out.
I am new to Atkins and I realized that in order for me to do this the right way, i have to be honest with my self and weigh myself and put also my measurements and everything up here. Because i just gained all this weight recently and I believe that i was in denial for the LONGEST time, not wanting to admit that I was obese because I could still find cute clothes that fit me and i still got attention from the opposite sex. HOWEVER, I DONT NEED MY BMI OF 33 TO TELL ME THAT WELL, LETS FACE IT I AM FAT.
so here we go with the measurements:
Height: 5'4
Bust: 44 inchs
Waist: 34 Inchs
Hipps:45 inchs
GOAL : 140 lbs
Current Weight: 186 lbs OUCHHHHH this one hurt to admit, especially since i have NO muscle mass whatsoever ... just FAT !!!
Ok well my food log:
Breakfast: mahi mahi fillet sauteed in butter and olive oil with a cup of butter sauteed mushrooms ... yummy .... ( i wake up around noon so i dont really crave regular breakfast foods.... plus i dont like egggs and when i think of bacon i have to throw up ... sorry )
Lunch: some roasted costco chicken with 3 slices of provolone cheese( about 3 oz) and a cup of romaine lettuce with some mayo
DInner: 3 slices of provolone and 1 oz of fresh mozzarella drizzled with olive oil ... hmmm took me rite back to italy for a sec
NOW HERE IS MY DILEMMA: I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE CHEESE !!!! I THINK MY BODY ACTUALLY CRAVES THE CALICUM SINCE I AM USED TO DRINKING TONS OF MILK , SO MY QUESTION IS : IS IT OK TO HAVE THE EXTRA OUNCES OF CHEESE IF I DONT EXCEED MY ALLOWED CARBS PER DAY AND GET A LITLE OVER TWO CUPS OF SALAD VEGGIES ???
pLEASE say yessss ... ANYONE .... lol
My other question is that I read that being on the atkins diet can affect your sex drive , some people loose it completely whereas some people well you know, the opposite
personally i fall under the second category
and even though it is good exercise right, i wonder if that does have anyhng to do with the limited amount of carbs we are eating ...
and truth to be told, i really dont like ANY other sort of exercise , and i wont plan on exercising until i stop loosing weight, then i will drag my fat *** to the gym .. I know its bad and I should be, so please no lectures about How I should be excercising ... I just wanted to be honest with you

WHO HAS GOOD INDUCTION RECIPES ??? please help me out cuz the roasted, broiled, sauteed meat/hamburger/fish and cheese gets boring aftr a while.... m ( well the cheese part never does) hahaha
