    Hi, I am new in this forum, I participated in the spanish forum and I was looking around here since yesterday . I am very happy to be in Atkins, I have already lost 14.5 pounds since 6/2/06 ( a month). This is the best diet I ever do.

    Maria Isabel, welcome to the board. This is a very supportive forum that focuses on doing the Atkins plan the way it is written in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution version 2002. If you follow the plan and do it the way the book says, you'll meet your goals and feel great doing it!

        VERY good then!! Check out the recipes forums on this site, there are some amazing recipes there. The biggest tip for success that I can give you is to make your food BETTER than everyone else's! If you make your food EXCITING, you just can't go wrong.
