Hey everyone.. This is my third day on Atkins. And it's the first time for me so I'm trying hard not to ruin it. Last night I had a dream about eating cookies and chocolate and all the rubbish and it was so real, when I woke up I was really worried I had ruined it and felt awful. So whenever I feel like cheating I'm gonna remind myself that awful feeling, hope it's gonna help me
I haven't got the book but I've found A LOT of information on the internet, all the 4 phases and acceptable foods and all that
I've tried so many diets and none of them have really worked. Or I've just given up coz I didn't see any results.

I've read many success stories and everyone is so supportive here, makes me feel so good. Seeing that so many people can do it then why on earth couldn't I.
