    Hi. My name is Laurie and I'm looking for a female buddy to chat with for support and encouragement on this diet. I am looking to lose about 20-30 lbs.. and if you want to lose around that too, let me know. I lost weight on this diet before, but am having a hard time starting on it and staying on it, so I thought a buddy would be great for encouragement. Please pm me if interested. Thanks!

      I would like to be your buddy! I want to lose the same amount of weight and I feel like this time for me is gonna be harder too. I just had a baby 4 months ago so it is very challenging. This morning I feel very nauseated....it is only my second day though! Have you signed up for the July ads challenge?? I did and I committed myself to 100 a day...how is today going for you so far?

          Hey!

          My goal os to lose about the same, 20-30 lbs. And I know exactly how you feel. I've tried every single diet on this earth and I just couldn't stay on it. Craving always won, I thought I'd start againg the next week and so on and on for years. Now I've finally decided that i have to do something about it. At the end of the day I don't NEED those sweets and high carb bad food. It's all in your brain. You just have to think if that tase for 5 seconds in your mouth is worth ruining it all.
          Ive been doing Atking for 5 days now. And i'm proud of that. Whenever I feel like having something that is not allowed I think: Ok, I'm gonna eat that chocolate, get a good taste in my mouth, 5 seconds later feel really really guilty and I'd have to start all over again.
          Always think, think, think before you eat something. Write lots of notes on the fridge, in your notebook, wherever, to remind you that you don't need all that crap food. And talk to the others here, read success stories, that will help you so much
