Re: I've Got A long Road Ahead!

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I know I will need support to get through some of the rough times and I'm happy to have found this place. Tonight I actually did something I have not done in a long time. I didn't eat everything on my plate. I have this mental compulsion to clean my plate but I felt full so I told myself to stop. We had fajitas tonight and that wasn't the easiest thing to do but I did it! I definatly don't feel deprived and I started thinking why look a gift horse in the mouth. I have found something I can do so I am determined to do it right. I don't even want to cheat! I'll see how long the resolve lasts LOL! Is there anyone else why has done the program without feeling deprived and wanting to cheat? Or am I weird I have some really horrible before pictures to post but will save them until I have an after! Everyone take care.

                We started the same day!

I think it's great that you didnt ate everything in your plate... after all... it's better if it goes to the trash can than the waist line!

Welcome Misty! For the most part, my cravings are under control. I won't say I never have them, but they become far and few between as you continue on this WOL.
