I've been doing Atkins for 4 weeks and have been stuck

at 148 for 3 of those. Feel like giving up..... Anybody else go
through this? Looking good...still 'moderate' on color....but the scale
    doesn't reflect it.

Are you following induction as Dr. Atkins Instructed in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002)? Or have you moved into OWL?

      Re: Newbie

You're not always going to lose consistently on any diet. It's very common on Atkins to have periodic weight stalls, or times when you are losing inches instead of pounds on the scale. Don't put so much "weight" into what the scales says and keep with the program. It does work.

You can also use the forums here for information on how Atkins works and how you can make it work better for you. There are often foods that can stall you, foods that aren't quite "legal" for Atkins or known stallers that are legal. Post your menu in the Review My Menu Forum. Not drinking enough water or not exercising can also slow your weight loss.

It's also common to have a stall following Induction.

Many factors, so use the resources here to help you. Welcome to ADBB!
