Hi
My name is Cathryn and I am 30 Years old. I live in Newcastle upon tyne in the UK and this is the second time I have tried the atkins Diet only this time I intend to succeed.
I had a baby daughter 13 weeks ago and it has made me realise how unhappy I am about the way I look and feel. I suffered severe water retention when pregnant and as a result I was unable to wear any jewellery for the last 4 months. I still can't wear my rings and this became a turning point for me. I am determined this time to lose 5 stone - 70lbs (not all gained during my pragnancy, only 14 lbs were), so that when my daughter is a toddler, Mummy will be able to play with her in the park rather than sitting and watching her.
I hope I can pop on here when I need support as I have found the before and after pictures a huge inspiration. My partner is very supportive of me.
