So I am new to this forum. Hi! Tomorrow will be day 7! I can already tell a huge difference! I am not hungry as much as I used to be, and I actually have the energy to make myself, and son, dinner! Instead of getting Ramen noodles done, I actually cook! Tonight we had lemon chicken, a salad, sugar free jello...the portion I ate was 1/2 what I used to eat, and I am TOTALLY satisfied!
ok QUESTIONNNNNNN:
yesterday I had my little sister over, and oredered pizza for her and her cousin...I asked her to please go get a slice of lemon for my salad and NOT THINKING i ate a bite of the pizza(I was meaning to only eat some of the cheese) I totally was used to my old habbit, but I had only that one bite, and actually didn't even notice until I was done with my salad and noticed the missing bite...Did I totally mess everything up? Do I need to start all over again???
