Hello all!!! I read the book cover to cover and started last sunday. WOW can I tell you how different my body feels in just a week. I can't believe the results. I feel better and kicked my coffee habit. I had to step on the scale this morning (I couldn't help myself) I lost 10 pounds this week!!!!! I usually try to stay clear of the scale this early on in a diet because I don't see much of a difference in the numbers. I almost fell off!!! I could feel that my jeans were not as tight so I figured it would be ok to take a look. Am I glad I did. My starting weight was 226 now 216. OMG! I went out and got some vitamins that are as close as I could find to Basic #3 and a bottle of fish borage and flaxseed oil capsules. I have been taking them every day as well as drinking all my water. I have done weight watchers many times over the years and it just never stuck. I am super glad that I found this website. I also want to add that I tried the mock danish this morning. It was fantastic...as I went in for the first bite I wasn't expecting it to be good and it was great! I did try the truffle recipe I think I did something wrong because they didn't taste good at all.
