    Another Atkins Newbie =)

    Hi everyone!

    I just finished reading the Atkins revolution book and loved the whole idea behind the Atkins book. Just reading it made me feel better!
    I've started the diet from today and hoping to not only loose weight but to feel good and get more energy.
    I still have some questions regarding the diet which I hopefully will get
    answeres to at this forum.
    Wish me luck =)

    Just reading the success stories and looking at the before and after pictures
    makes me feel so motivated!

      Hi, Miss Newbie! Welcome to the board ~ keep checking in and posting. I rely heavily on the success stories and before & after pictures too - they are truly motivating. I check in on them everyday! You are going to love it here...

                  Welcome! I've been on Atkins for a week and have so much more energy it's insane. At first it was a little rough but wow when the detoxing was over even my mood changed! I actually feel good inside and out! Good luck for a great success!

                              but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
