My name is Dodi im from vegas and i was on the atkins for a year and felt great!But some how lost the weight and went back to mcdonalds and pizza. I have just re-started (today) and should be feelin great after a couple of days,after my caffeine headaches go away?I really love this site and look forward to talking with you all.

Welcome Dodi! This is my first day back on induction. Have been on atkins before in the past, but one thing I have learned and did not get it til recently is that it is a LIFE change as well. This site is so inspirational already! Look forward to hearing progress!
