Hi everybody! I am a 21 year old college student and have tried the atkins diet before and lost many inches and a couple sizes. I have been low-carbing for quite some time, but haven't been strict. Lately I've been getting down about my weight, and I've gone back up to the size of clothing I started w/ a few years ago.. grr!
SO I've decided, I'm not leaving til I reach goal, and then I'll probably even stay for the support!
I am very athletic, played softball in college for awhile, volleyball, love to swim, and I have been going to Curves with my mom Mon-Sat. Right now I am sitting at 300 and 5'9. Most people wouldn't put me past 230 they say, but I know the truth and it sux.. so I'm going to change it! I'm at size 22 and want to get down to 12. 18 is my first short term goal though. And my short term goal for weight is 285. So.. here we go people! I'm so glad to find a site like this to help me keep on track, it's very inspiring. I have a loving boyfriend who I've been with for almost a year now.. he and my family are very supportive. My mom is doing this along with me!
