    Glad to be here!!!

    Hi everyone, My name is Tammy and I am so happy I found this site!!! I have been checking it out and you are all so inspirational!! I have been on induction for one week now and have lost 6.8lbs!!! What a motivation to keep going!!! Anyway can't wait to get to know you all!!

    Welcome to the site!!! I joined yesterday and I cannot believe how supportive and inspiring everyone is.. it's awesome! I just started induction yesterday, and so far between that, tae bo, and curves I've lost 3 and 1/2 pounds since yesterday morning. So.. welcome and you can do it!!!!!

                First off, great job on your weight loss!! 6.8 so far!! Fantastic!!

                Isn't it amazing just how easy this way of life is!! You've come to the right place for sure!!

                The folks here will always give you the support and listen to you!!

                Ask lots of questions and be sure to read the stickies!! They are sooooo helpful.
