Hello my name is Matt, I found this place the other day and what a great community this is. I am 15 and weigh 227 lbs. I'm about 5'11. Last summer I was 325 lbs., I've been doing 1,000 calories a day and watching what I've been eating the past year and my goal has always been 200 so hopefully Atkins will be a quick way to loose these extra 25 or so pounds. I just started the Atkins diet about a 3 or 4 days ago and so far I've lost about 5 lbs. Now that I'm at 227 I want to go for the goal of 200. Hopefully It won't take long, I've seen many of you all working hard and you are all my inspiration to start Atkins. I run or do some form of excersize each day also to stay active.
I'll get some before and after pictures up soon, it's hard though because when I was that big I hated taking pictures, can't blame me though.
But I do have some and I will post them in the next few days.
