Hey Rude boy, buy a smoker!!! Man I've been smoking turkey, salmon, jerky, pork...my dogs love atkins, they get all the trimmings!! Plus I freeze alot of it for this winter for soups, and chili and stews too....

Sorry about the beer thing. I know, kind of sucks, I will say, I did the Alcohol rung, I did have several shots of good ole Jack Daniels, no stalls weight wise, but I'm sure it slowed down the weight loss for a bit.....

You know that whole lifestyle change deal.......!!

Scooter, How long does it take to smoke that Salmon? What kind of wood did you use? What kind of smoker do you have?
