Im so disapointed that the atkins advantage bars are not so much an advantage! Ive been bustin my butt all week ,walking 4miles a night when I get off work .I dont even care for those bars,Im a bartender and I dont have a kitchen at work so I was grabbing some bars to munch on. And on the bars it says suitable for phaseone induction, what a downer that is .Does this mean I should srart phase one all over?

Last time around, (3 years ago) I used those bars, everyday. Spent a fortune. Quit the plan. Lost 40 pounds gained back 80.
This time. I've lost over 50 pounds. Not even one single bar. I made a promise to myself, not to use them. If I don't make it, or cook it myself, I'm very non-trusting of it. There are so many wonderful things and recipes we can do our own.
Sugar Free Candy, Sugar Free this, Sugar free that......just a way to get your money and make you stall or addicted to it. You can still overeat that junk. Basically, my outlook is it's still....Junk Food.
The only time I could see those bars coming in handy, if your doing a huge hike, 20 miles or so, a long bike ride, a long run, maybe for quick protein, but otherwise....my suggestion...
Toss those bars in the trash!
