Hi everyone! I desperately want to lose 20 pounds and I'm hoping this will do the trick! I've never been worried about weight until the all of a sudden, the scale just started creeping up and before I knew it, my waist didn't exist anymore!
I'm so new to this, I can't help but feel that all of the fat I'm eating (salad dressing, bacon, sausage, cheese, cream) is just going to increase my weight! I know people who live this lifestyle and it has worked beautifully for them, so ready or not......bring on the cheese!
