  • Newbie to the Boards

    Hey everybody, I am Jess

I am new to the boards, but not new to Atkins. I love Atkins and how it will feel this time next week!...right now I am in that wonderful detox period, where my body is missing it's stuff.... this is day two of induction for me. I am doing this to get control again, to get the energy again and because this diet really works for me. I know "low carb" is on the way down the other side of the fad mountain, but I did it before everybody else did, as I am sure many of you all have also done and I will continue to return to this plan because of how awesome you can feel within a week.
I will be around quite a bit this week to keep building the momentum especially during the detox kind of days.
