I'm in total agreement. The ADBB has become a life-saver for me. In previous attempts to lose weight, I was alone, miserable and hungry. Having the support of the people here gave me friends to share the journey with, encouragement to keep going and lots of knowledge that helped me arm myself against my weaknesses.

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure what to say here. But my girlfriend D, one of my bestfriends in the world, knew the struggle I have been having with my weight. When I see how great she looks, she is my inspiration to get off my you know what. She is great and I love her and want to thank her for all her support. She believes I can do this so I am trusting that she is right.

Sarah you got it going on girl, you gave me an extra kick to do this. But most of all I want my confidence back and to feel comfortable in my own skin again.
