    One of my best friends just joined..not sure she can post yet..but I am going to do a pre-intro for her..

    Where you @ Trini...so happy you are here...we will get through this together along with the rest of the board...

    great people..great source of info..great source of support.. you will love it..I do cant live without it!

    Sarah..showed her your arms/guns..she was convinced to give this WOL a chance..told you, you are a inspiration...

        I'm in total agreement. The ADBB has become a life-saver for me. In previous attempts to lose weight, I was alone, miserable and hungry. Having the support of the people here gave me friends to share the journey with, encouragement to keep going and lots of knowledge that helped me arm myself against my weaknesses.

        Glad to have you join us Trini. Best wishes and keep us posted on your progress!!

              Hello Everyone,

              I am not sure what to say here. But my girlfriend D, one of my bestfriends in the world, knew the struggle I have been having with my weight. When I see how great she looks, she is my inspiration to get off my you know what. She is great and I love her and want to thank her for all her support. She believes I can do this so I am trusting that she is right.

              Sarah you got it going on girl, you gave me an extra kick to do this. But most of all I want my confidence back and to feel comfortable in my own skin again.

                You will do great..I have a copy of Dandr for you to read through "Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution" .

                Come here for any questions and support..this board has saved me several times..and its nice to know we are not alone..
