Here again!!!

Well I'm finally starting again!! After 3 years I have resorted back to my old ways and put on more weight!! I'm kinda bummed because I always tend to think "why did I stop, I was doing really good" and because of that thinking I have little motivation now. I am hopong that being among fellow peers on this website, I will have more motivation to keep on going!! Well Here I go!!!!

This forum is a great tool, browse for doubts, recipes and more... it's really get to be here with a bunch of people going through the same that you're.

Congratulations on making the committement to jump back in and get back on track.

If there is one thing you can be sure of....it is that the people here have lots of motivation and encouragement to share with you. Get active in the forums, challenges, and make lots of friends to support you!
