Yeah, I'm back for the 3rd time, I fell off again! I am going to start today! I am going to go swimming today too, shouldn't that burn off fat??? Well just wanted to let you all know I'm back!

Hi Angelic and welcome back to ADBB and Atkins!
Swimming is great exercise - here's a link to a calculator, just enter your weight and duration, hit show me...and it'll give you a list of the calories burned for various activities. There are a few different swimming activities showing!

Have fun, Anjelique! That calorie calculator Sheshy posted is a great link, new to me. [Thanks, Sheshy!] Just sitting here typing for 30 minutes would be just over 80 calories--cool! Your swimming time will reap an abundance of them.
Anyway, the best thing is: you're in the groove again!
