As I said, I am new here, but I've been doing "Atkins" since March of 05. I started out at 515 lbs and am now at 465. Not a great deal of weight loss for as long as I have been on plan. Actually, that's the problem, I haven't always been on plan. I am a member of another "Atkins" board, but can no longer seem to get any motivation there. I know, you're saying, what more motivation do you need when you weigh 465# and you're right, that's the way it should be, but at times I need help. I stumbled accross your board on accident and find it to be quite inspirational, so I'm going to hang around for a while and see if I can get back on track. You found a great place to get motivated - this ADBB is positively habit-forming!
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
