It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Welcome to ADBB, BigJim & family. It's great you have your wife & son working together with you - often family member's who do not avoid eating junk food around one who's doing Atkins result in the dieter succumbing to temptation. Supportive family, the people in the various forums here, and Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002) will greatly increase your chance of success with the new way of eating.~Susan

Welcome BigJim. Glad you have your family with you on your Atkins journey. ADBB is a fantastic place for inspiration and support. You couldn't have come to a better place. Look forward to following you and your family's losses.
