      Macadamias not good for induction? Why not. They have 3 carbs in them, 2 of which are fiber. I would think they're better than peanuts. Now you're going to make me re-read the chapter on induction...

        You can have nuts soon enough. It's important to go up the carb "ladder' in order, by re-introducing foods, nuts being one of them, one at a time. Please see this link: Carb Ladder
