Hi all, I have been on induction for 6 days now and have lost 7 pounds!
I am motivated to continue. But I find myself eating the same things all the time.
I am a single mom of 2 kids and don't have alot of time to prepare meals. I am wondering if anyone knows of a few good websites to find quick and easy recipies that are sutible for induction.
Also I know some artifical sweetner is aloud. Does anyone drink crystal light? I just can't drink all the water with out it. Is this o.k?

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..." 

) and you can make a bunch at one time and freeze it for quick meals. There's even recipes for low-carb cheesecake on there. YUM! Keep us posted on your progress. Happy Losing!
