HI yall..for those of you that don't me, I'm Amanda <shinin> and I was dedicated to this site a few months back, but slipped off the diet that gave me wonderful results. I'm restarting on Monday on induction. I hope to follow the induction and rungs without slipping this time. Hope ya'll have a great labor day weekend!!

Welcome back Shininstr984. Changing your life-style is a big challenge and deserves a well thought out plan for success. Look back at the obstacles that caused you to slip up last time around and decide what you'll do when unexpected things happen.
Make sure you utilize the ADBB for lots of motivation and knowledge from the people here who are making it happen in their lives. You are not alone in your quest for health and weight loss..

I just re-started Atkins after being off of it for 2 years. The one difference I noticed is that any kind of cheating will result in no weight loss. I tried this time around with using lots of Splenda for 2 weeks. I lost nothing. So, I restarted induction with a limit of 3 Splenda and working out. I've already lost 5 lbs., just like the first time I did induction. So, just stick to the rules and you'll be off & losing again!
