Reasons Not to Go Off Your Diet:

    1) You mess up your leg in a freak accident
    2) Your boyfriend breaks up with you
    3) Your friends forget your 21st birthday
    4) You're about to graduate college and have no idea what to do with your life
    5) You get hung up with some anxiety issues
    6) You get real lazy about cooking
(most importantly) 7) You get stuck in a month long unbreakable stall

    IF YOU DO:

    1) DON'T start bingeing on Wegman's brand bakery products

    WHY:

    1) Because over the course of 2 months you end up gaining 20 pounds, mostly in the booty region. Seriously, y'all.

SOMEONE FILL ME IN ON THE GOSSIP because I know there is some, and now you have mine.

    Kisses!

Well well...looky who FINALLY came back home!!!

The prodical daughter has returned!! Woo hooo!

Now, get over there in exercise land and get that metabolism fire started so you can burn those extra glucose carbs you've been carrying around.

Then, march yourself over to journal land where you can find some great support while you post your daily dribble about life around you and this way of eating.

Don't forget to stop by STAC....cause you know they know what you've been through and will be there for ya.

And..most importantly...I'm so sorry you've had a rough time over the past couple of months. Happy belated birthday!

Best wishes on your new journey and fresh start
