    Hello all. I started the diet 4 days ago and i am feeling great. I seem to have lost a few already. The first day was rough, but since then its been perfect. I am a 24 year old male that weighed 260. My goal is to be back at around 195 as this is where i was 4 years ago. i'm trying to base my weightloss more on sizes than pounds. currently 38-40 pants, and trying to get back in 34. If i ask anyone to guess my weight they all say 220, because i carry it so well. with this said do you guys think ill be able to get my figure back without any loose skin or stuff like that? This is my biggest fear, but if i can get back down where i need to be ill be happy. My first mini goal is 227 by Thanksgiving. Its a little over 11 weeks away and my goal is based on 3 pounds lost per week. Is this feasable? Thank you for your support. I'm glad i found this forum and hope to put some pics up soon.

      I have done a few videos on youtube recently on these topics (loose skin and setting goals for weight loss), so what I say will probably be redundant to what I said on the video (and showed). That said, you shouldn't have much of a problem with loose skin. My biggest recommendation is to exercise (as prescribed on the diet), and the increased blood flow to the skin will assist along with your youth to bounce your skin back. My skin's surface area is much, much less than it was when I started.

      As to your second question, is your mini-goal possible? Weightloss is hard to predict as everyone is different. I don't think it would be a problem, but to ensure your success, I'd recommend you follow the list to the letter. (drink your water, exercise, and be cheat-free) You certainly can meet your goal and more, but give yourself the best chance possible.
