Hi - my name is Kerith, and I'm definitely not new to Atkins, but new to this board. I'm actually pretty active at another Atkins Forum ([link removed] - just in case there are any other members here I can wave at) but I love to be informed and it seems like this community has a large number of members.
I have been low carbing it (half assed) for almost 7 years now. Never very seriously since most of it was in high school. I did one really great run at the Atkins diet my Sophomore year of College and got down to 138 (13 pounds from goal!!) and here I am several years later (I'm 23 now) and weigh 164 pounds. I recommitted myself to the Atkins WOL and so far in Induction have lost 6 pounds (from 170 to 164).
My goal weight is 125-130 - will just depend on my clothing size.
