My Name is T and I am new to Atkins. I bought the book last year what happened since then I could not tell you.
ensive I think I hopped around from program to program but I am back. I am so happy to have found you guys. I think this site is THE BEST yet. I am a single parent to a handsome 10-year-old bouncing tall boy. I want to lose this weight not just for him anymore but also for myself. I am proud to say that I am putting me at the top of the list for a change. I am certain that has been my problem in the past.
I started Atkins before finding this site. Oct 19,2004 and am happy to say that I have lost 9lbs with out exercise. Now that I am ending week two I have started exercising and am not looking forward to it at all since I have arthritis in my knees, Which is one of the reasons why I need to lose weight. I was 324 at my highest now I am 315. I am at risk for all the major health risks. Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease, Arthritis.
I have plans to join the boot camp board and the Induction boot camp. I have been successful but I have also cheated so I plan on joining these boards to help me stay on track and focused. I tend to work out 3-day weight/strength training and 6 days cardio.
I look forward to get pictures up and measurement.
