  • Back on the wagon!!

    Hey yall!! Some of you may or may not remember me, I was posting around Feb. This is me before I started Atkins

    I fell off the wagon ( and got run over by it!! ) around Easter after losing 47lbs... I dont know what the heck happend I was doing sooo good I felt soooo good after losing all that weight but now that Ive gained back 10lbs Im starting to feel miserable again and I really want to get back on before I gain anymore. I must say that I am mostly a lurker but theres no way that I ever could have done it without this site, everyone here is such an inspiration. This is my latest pic...better than the first one...but I still want to lose about 25lbs.

    Welcome back. Now that you know the obstacles that jeopardized you the first time, make sure you write out a plan to avoid it happening again. I remember you and you did so well the first time, I'm sure you'll jump right back in and regain your committment to yourself. Lots of motivation here, so utilize the forums and the information to make your plan work for you!! Best wishes!

          Thanks guys...Im reading all the stickies on the STAC right now. Not really liking the one about not losing as much weight as the first time... If I want to be thin bad enough Ill do it!!!! " Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..." ( Ive got too little ones and Dory is my motivational speaker )
