  • Hi again

I just wanted to say hello to everyone...I was a member of this bulletin board a year ago, but fell off the wagon. I have just moved to a new home and began a new job recently. I have the support of my sister Heidi and my loving fiance' Timothy. Now is the perfect time to change my poor eating habbits and lack of exercise. I look forward to reading all of your posts for inspiration and pointers. Nice to meet you all!

Welcome! It's so much easier when you have the support of family.

I'm sure with their help you'll do just fine this time

    Good luck!!

Welcome back. Did you figure out what made you jump off the wagon a year ago? Write out what issues caused it to happen and plan ahead so that this time around, you won't turn to your old ways, but be able to incorporate new healthy solutions to keep you going! Best wishes!!

          Re: Hi again

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am really looking forward to getting stronger and healthier. Atkid...good suggestion, I have begun reading the book again and keeping a journal of measurements and results. My sister has agreed to take pics for me every week to monitor changes. I think that will serve as good inspiration. Dreamof145, I think the main reason I fell off the wagon a year ago was that I didn't have as much control over what was in my kitchen due to communal living. Temptation was everywhere. This time around I am the sole person that stocks the cabinets and I will have my very own exercise area set up in our basement (honey's helping me this weekend ). Thanks for the luck ghelen! Nice to meet you all.
