Hello everyone,
I joined about a year ago, lost about 12lbs. in the first 2 weeks, was on plan for about 1 month and 1/2 , then fell off the plan, and completely gave up. You know that insane thinking where you cheat once and you think why bother?! so here I am.
I am starting at a higher weight than last time
But this is my first day of my second week and I have lost 6lbs. I am quite aware that it is mainly water weight but it still good to see movement the other way on the scale.
So far I have been reading every post I can and want to thank you all. love Pru
