Hello, I wanted to say 'hi' and at the same time say how pleased I am that I found this forum. I read the book, hit a low point, woke up one day and thought - this it - now or never

Today is day 8 of my induction and I feel so fantastic. I haven't felt like this since I was 20 years old! The first 2 days, hit me like a sledge hammer, but on day 3 I awoke to a real energy 'high'

All of your stories and sharing have helped me immensely and I couldn't have done it without coming here and reading. Thankyou and I hope to be able to share and continue here for a long time yet

Hi Sofie. We're also glad that you found us. Eight days in, I'm so glad you're feeling the burst of energy and feeling great. It only gets better as you gain control over food and lose inches and pounds.
