Hey there everyone!
I'm new here, but not new to the diet. I recently re-started Atkins after a weight gain after getting over an eating disorder.
I'm too scared to weigh myself and am doing Induction for a 2nd week to get passed some bad habits I still have. I threw away the peanut butter jar last night, because it's too easy for me to grab and eat. I have a feeling I'll definitely be on here alot, so I look forward to getting to know all of you!
If any of you need a dieting buddy, feel free to contact me personally or anything. But I'll mostly be posting and replying on here quite a bit. My job allows me alot of computer access!
