    I am back to Atkins induction

    Hi All

    I am starting Atkins Induction from tomorrow morning. I am going out for an indian meal tonight. I did atkins 1.5 years ago and went down from 88 kgs to 64 kgs in 12 months.

    I guess Atkins works for me as it takes care of my hunger prangs... and I can do it with ease despite of being a vegetarian (I eat eggs though).

    So here i am friends.. wanting all your help and support once again. I am 77 kgs and want to be 64 kgs again ... uhhh I hope it works for me again.

    Before you start tomorrow Anji, be sure to use a tape measure on yourself. That way you can keep much better track than just using weight loss alone. Inches lost are good also.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Support is what we do best! I agree with Richt. Measure those inches as they drop, its a great motivator!! Welcome back!!

        BMI: 18.7 (down from 35.6)
        Starting Weight: 285

          Thanks very much guys! and yea thanks for reminding me to use tape measure. I will do it today itself.. Inches are the main thing which matters..

          I am going to Jervis Bay for long weekend with friends and I hope I dont mess up.. I cant wear a Bikini this time.. may be i will be able to after dropping 10 kgs
