Hello everyone! What a great inspiration this site has been for me. I have lost 5 pounds at this point. I was becoming very discourage. I have gotten a lot of negative feedback from friends about Atkins and they think I should not be doing this. That I will regred it in the end. I am very thankful for finding eveyone.
