Hi ya'll a warm howdy to ya'll.
Been on other Atkins run forums or at least they were called Atkins this and that and the people were quite unfriendly and clickish and not welcoming of newbies at all.
Started my Atkins again I would say on March 1, 2006 at a hefty 151.58 lbs, today October 5th, 2006 135 lbs, two days ago I was down to 131.00 but a dish I made with excess salt has caused me to bloat 3 lbs heavier but I ain't worried it will come off it is only water retention. Its been a long long tempting road, and I have managed to cheat but not that often and still managed to shed most of the blob. I am small framed and so 151 was HUGE and awful on me. my birthday comes up on December 18 and I want to be my goat weight of 127.00
seeing that I only have about 8 lbs to go I know I can do it
so just wanted to give you all a ball by ball commentary on me
