    New to ADBB

    Hi,

    I wish I knew this site existed when I started Atkins last February. My wife started Atkins and found this site so I wanted to join her. I'd like to make new Atkins friends. The diet has done wonders for me.

      Welcome Patriot! Man you have come a long way. Would love to hear how you have been so successful, so you can all gleen from that... This is a great place, and as you move towards your goals, I am sure, there will be places in the maintenace forums for you to learn alot from.
      Each step of the journey from the beginning, middle and end there is some supportive person waiting to cheer us all on! The beauty of these boards is the wonderful suppportive people, I am sure you will find a great place here to learn from and lead others from.

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          Welcome to the site. I loved to hear how people have gone so far with atkins. So be sure to tell everyone about how you did it. Tell us your story. Then stick around to help others with your knowledge. If you need a tour please let us know. I can show you all the water fountains in the ADBB.
