Hi everyone!
It is so nice to see such a supportive group of people. I have been reading posts on this board for a few days and finally decided to join in.
This is my third day of induction and things are already going well. I do feel the energy change, and its quite nice! I decided to try Atkins because I hit my absolute heaviest weight ever recently and it just wore me out to keep thinking about my weight everyday. I'm tired of feeling embarrassed when I go out in public.
So far I have had hard boiled eggs, tuna, chicken caesar salad and steak. Does anyone have any other induction food suggestions to keep it interesing? I was also wondering how to add one of those tickers....I found the website, but I don't know what to do once I make it....do I pase the code into my signature?
I'm happy to join and I look forward to my long journey
